"Amazing Job. I have been part of many home inspections both selling and buying property. This company sets the bar for professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of product. The report was emailed to me less then 1hr from completion of inspection, (some companies require 4-5 days). The report came with a large number of photos detail everything a buyer or seller would be curious about. The recommendations were awesome, and the ability to create a "repair request" directly from the report was an awesome feature."

"Michael was very friendly and gave a very detailed report in a super timely manner. As a first time home buyer, I am still learning about all of the aspects of owning a home and he was very patient in explaining what exactly everything meant and how they could affect the home long term. He was very professional and caring of the seller's safety as well as any potential buyers safety and did not offer any unsolicited advise - as the home I had inspected was an absolute mess.

"Michael helped us when we were looking to buy our first home. We found a home that was over 100 years old and thought for the right price it could have some potential. Michael found right away that the home still had living knob and tube wiring (a huge no-no) and lots of other safety hazards that we didn't think to check for. He was upfront with us and unbiased. The written report came in within hours. He took pictures of everything he checked and gave detailed notes so we didn't feel confused about what needed repairing. "Mike did a fantastic job on our home inspection. Mike took the time to get to know some brief history or our home prior to jumping into work. Mike was very polite, and always let me know when he was coming in/out of the house. Upon completion of the inspection, Mike took the time to walk me through his finding (on-site showing/pictures). I was especially impressed how Mike shared his findings. This can be a 'touchy' area as he is talking about their 'home.' Mike has a considerate approach, and is sensitive to customers concerns. Mike also sent the report (same day) with a list of recommended contractors to contact if/when we decide to pursue the repair of recommended fixes. Thanks Mike!!"
