Inspection Types
Buyer Inspection
A buyers inspection can save you thousands of dollars by uncovering costly or dangerous defects within your prospective home. Pre-purchase inspections are commonly used as a negotiation piece in the sale of a home. A home buyer can use it to ensure that major safety issues, or even small cosmetic issues, are negotiated into the deal and taken care of before the sale is closed.
Seller Inspection (Pre-Listing Inspection)
Pre-listing inspections are performed for the seller of a home to make them aware of any issues they should fix before listing their home for sale. This can save them money as it will allow them to ask for their full listing price and will ease the pressures of negotiation since any problems a buyer's inspector may find will have likely already been discussed.
New Construction Inspection
If you are building a new home you will want to make sure it is done correctly as we often find that many new construction homes have some of the most defects. Just because the home is "brand new" doesn't mean that it is free of dangerous or costly defects.
11 Month Home Warranty Inspection
A home warranty inspection will ensure that you are aware of any issues that need to be taken care of while your home is still under warranty. Complete Check Inspections will provide a complete report of your home's condition so you will know what needs to be taken care of before your warranty expires.
Mold Inspection
We are mold certified and offer visual, air quality, and surface sample (lab-tested) mold inspections. We can test the air for mold spores, and other common allergens. We have partnered with one of the best labs in the United States to offer you the most accurate comparison of the air quality in your surrounding area.
Radon Testing
Complete Check Inspections offers 48 hr continuous monitoring radon testing as an add-on to our full home inspections. Radon levels can vary house-to-house and can only be detected with the right equipment. We recommend testing on every home before purchase.
Lead Paint Testing
Homes built in 1978 or earlier may contain lead paint and we offer lead paint testing as an add-on service to our full inspections to give you peace of mind about lead paint. Results are instant and included in the report.
Home Maintenance Inspection
A home maintenance inspection can help you, the homeowner, understand your home better to ensure you maintain it properly and possibly save yourself hundreds or even thousands of dollars in issues that could have been prevented with our help.
Commercial Building Inspections
Complete Check Inspections is certified to inspect commercial buildings up to 20,000 sq ft! This includes (but not limited to): small shops and office buildings, apartments with four or more dwellings, and so forth. If you are in the market for a commercial space, let us do a Complete Check before you close on the deal.
HOA Inspection
An HOA property inspection can help to prevent accidents among community members, and it can help to identify problems with amenities so that they can be addressed early on, saving the HOA money. Our certified property inspectors will document any issues that could be potentially hazardous, ensuring a safe community environment, as well as any other amenities that need to be updated or repaired.
Natural Disaster Inspection
This type of inspection is for insurance and lending companies to help minimize additional risk and liability from a natural disaster. Complete Check Inspections is quick to respond to natural disaster inspections to ensure that insurance companies have everything documented as soon as possible to minimize any additional liability that could incur from prolonged damage documentation.
Foreclosure Inspection
A high percentage of foreclosed properties have been neglected or vandalized and will need a proper assessment of the current condition before proceeding with the liquidation or rehabilitation process. Complete Check Inspections will provide a complete report of the current state of the property to help with the planning of this process.
Rental Inspection
Having a rental property inspection done regularly can help to reduce your liability by addressing any safety issues within the home or property, as well as increase customer satisfaction. Our rental inspection services can also help minimize the maintenance costs of major components by finding issues early on and preventing them from becoming bigger (more expensive) problems.
Draw Inspection
In a construction draw inspection, our certified inspectors will inspect the construction site. We will help you monitor the project to determine where the project is in relation to the timeline that was set out. We also check for accuracy compared to the original draw request. We will also document any stored materials kept on the site. This inspection is necessary for funds to be dispersed at various stages of the construction project.
